- Alex Rose Review added: 2018.07.03★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Just spent 2 hours here, and my daughter still didn't get to see father Christmas. . . We had no notices up to tell of waiting time. Eventually my mother stopped a member of staff and he told us it would be at least another hour from the point we had got to. A waste of time, a crying daughter and a very upset grandmother. I don't think you can cope with the volume of people and shouldn't even do it if you knew that it was going to happen. Very poor management!!Thank you for ruining the day. Won't be back!!!
- James Hymers Review added: 2017.12.30★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Good size garden centre with fairly good range of planting. Good cafe with small soft play area, but it can get congested and slow at peak times. Attached farm foods is very good and a well stocked aquatics shop. Seasonal specials such as winter wonderland are very good. For the best deals try end of season, being a chain it is not the cheapest garden centre.
